BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND COLLEGE OF DUPAGE
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE MCANINCH ARTS CENTER 40^TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON
REGIONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN

WHEREAS, the College of DuPage (“Agency”) plans to run the McAninch Arts Center 40^th Anniversary Season Regional Marketing Campaign; and

WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $50,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with advertising services to promote the McAninch Arts Center’s milestone anniversary season; and

WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
