GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND LITTLE FRIENDS, INC.
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR ADDITIONAL CLASSROOM SPACE

WHEREAS, Little Friends, Inc. (“Agency”) wishes to create additional classroom space for its Makers Space program; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $10,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with the renovation to create additional classroom space; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
