TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $42,000)

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Audriana T. Anderson of the law firm of Anderson Attorneys & Advisors LLC to provide professional services as a Child Protection GAL Attorney assigned to juvenile cases, representing abused, neglected, dependent, or delinquent minors or family members, where the DuPage County Public Defender may not represent a party, for the period of November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide professional services as a Child Protection GAL Attorney assigned to juvenile cases, representing abused, neglected, dependent or delinquent minors or family members, where the DuPage County Public Defender may not represent a party, for the period of November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Audriana T. Anderson of the law firm of Anderson Attorneys & Advisors LLC, 2150 Manchester Road, Suite 101, Wheaton, IL 60187, for a contract total amount of $42,000.
