AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO WAREHOUSE DIRECT, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER
PLASTIC TRASH AND RECYCLING CAN LINERS
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $35,000.00)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Contract #189, the County of DuPage will contract with Warehouse Direct, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Warehouse Direct, Inc., to furnish and deliver plastic trash and recycling can liners, as needed for County facilities, for the period of October 27, 2026 through October 26, 2027, for Facilities Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver plastic trash and recycling can liners, as needed for County facilities, for the period of October 27, 2026 through October 26, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Warehouse Direct, Inc., PO BOX 772570, Chicago, IL 60677 , for a contract total amount not to exceed $35,000.00, per contract pursuant to the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Contract #189.
