GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND THE COMMUNITY HOUSE
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR A LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER

WHEREAS, The Community House (“Agency”) wishes to maintain the services of a dedicated licensed social worker; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $93,400 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with maintaining a dedicated Licensed Social Worker who is focused on serving youth, young adults, and families in the Hinsdale Lake Terrace area; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
