TO PROVIDE PRIMARY FOOD, SUPPLIES AND CHEMICALS
FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER, JTK ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
AND JUDICIAL OFFICE FACILITY

WHEREAS, County Contract 8006-0001 SERV was approved by the Human Services Committee on October 21, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8006-0001 SERV, issued to Sysco Chicago, Inc., to provide primary food, supplies and chemicals, for the DuPage Care Center, JTK Administration Building and Judicial Office Facility, to increase the contract by $23,900.00 resulting in an amended contract total of $1,386,920.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8006-0001 SERV, issued to Sysco Chicago, Inc., to provide primary food, supplies and chemicals for the DuPage Care Center, JTK Administration Building and Judicial Office Facility, to increase the contract by $23,900.00 resulting in an amended contract total of $1,386,920.00.
