AND EXTEND CONTRACT THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2029)

WHEREAS, County Contract 8580-0001 SERV was approved by the Technology Committee on September 15, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8580-0001 SERV, issued to CDW-G, for service and support, for Information Technology, to extend the contract through November 30, 2029 and increase the contract by $180,921.42 resulting in an amended contract total of $285,032.66.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8580-0001 SERV, issued to CDW-G, for service and support, for Information Technology, to extend the contract through November 30, 2029 and increase the contract by $180,921.42 resulting in an amended contract total of $285,032.66.
