AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO HOERR CONSTRUCTION, INC.
FOR THE PRAIRIE AVENUE PIPE REHABILITATION PROJECT
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $48,400.00)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining, cleaning, televising, and all necessary materials and labor incidental thereto, for purposes of completing the County’s Prairie Avenue Pipe Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Omnia Partners, Contract #23-065 PW(3) TRENCHLESS REHABILITATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PIPELINE INFRASTRUCTURE, the County of DuPage will contract with Hoerr Construction, Inc. for said services; and
WHEREAS, the Stormwater Management Committee therefore recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Hoerr Construction, Inc., for Stormwater Management, for the period of August 11, 2026 through November 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a County Contract, covering said, for the Prairie Avenue Pipe Rehabilitation Project, for Stormwater Management, for the period of August 11, 2026 through November 30, 2026, is hereby approved for issuance to Hoerr Construction, Inc., 1416 County Rd, 200N, Goodfield, Illinois 61742, for a total contract amount not to exceed $48,400.00. Contract pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act (Omnia Contract #23-065-PW).
