AWARDING RESOLUTION TO CDW GOVERNMENT LLC PO 926024 FOR
AN EXAGRID ENCLOSURE AND FIBER MODULE INCLUDING
SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR FIVE (5) YEARS
(TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED: $98,693.33)

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Emergency Telephone System Board (“DU PAGE ETSB”) is an emergency telephone system board, established pursuant to Section 15.4 of the Local Government Emergency Telephone System Act, 50 ILCS 750/15.4 (“Act”); and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized and empowered, pursuant to Section 15.4 (b) of the Act to plan, implement, upgrade, and maintain an Emergency 9-1-1 System for citizens of the County of DuPage and portions of Cook, Kane and Will counties; and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized by law and local ordinance to make disbursements from the 9-1-1 surcharge funds it receives pursuant to law for costs related to products and services necessary for the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of the emergency telephone system; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with the DU PAGE ETSB by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the 9-1-1 System Manager recommends DU PAGE ETS Board approval of Purchase Order 926024 to CDW Government LLC for an ExaGrid enclosure and fiber module, made though the OMNIA Mesa 2024056-01 (2024056-01). The support and maintenance period will run from May 13, 2026 through May 12, 2031. The total amount is not to exceed $98,693.33.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that DU PAGE ETSB Requisition 926024, dated April 15, 2026, covering said, enclosure and fiber module, be, and it is hereby approved by the DU PAGE ETSB to CDW Government LLC, 75 Remittance Drive, Suite 1515, Chicago, IL 60675-1515, for an amount not to exceed $98,693.33.
