PERTAINING TO THE REVIEW OF EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee had closed meetings or portions of its meetings (Closed Meetings) in compliance with the requirements of the Open Meetings Act on the following dates:
February 22, 2011, April 22, 2014, September 13, 2016, September 27, 2016, October 23, 2018, November 13, 2018, June 11, 2019, August 27, 2019, April 23, 2020, April 13, 2021, November 23, 2021, December 14, 2021, January 25, 2022, February 22, 2022, August 9, 2022, August 23, 2022, September 13, 2022, September 27, 2022, October 11, 2022, November 8, 2022, November 22, 2022, February 28, 2023, April 11, 2023, April 25 2023, July 18, 2023, and September 12, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee conducted a review of the minutes of the above listed Closed Meetings as required by Section 2.06(d) of the Open Meetings Act on October 24, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee finds that the minutes of the Closed Meetings comply with the requirements of Section 2.06(a) of the Open Meetings Act; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee finds that the minutes of the Closed Meetings on April 22, 2014, September 13, 2016, September 27, 2016, October 23, 2018, November 13, 2018, June 11, 2019 August 27, 2019, November 23, 2021, December 14, 2021, January 25, 2022, February 22, 2022, August 9, 2022, August 23, 2022, September 13, 2022, September 27, 2022, October 11, 2022, a portion of the minutes from November 22, 2022, April 25, 2023, and July 18, 2023 no longer require confidential treatment and should be made available for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Finance Committee finds the need for confidentiality still exists as to the closed session meetings of February 22, 2011, April 23, 2020, April 13, 2021, November 8, 2022, a portion of the meeting on November 22, 2022, February 28, 2023, April 11, 2023, and September 12, 2023; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the verbatim record of each of the closed meetings for which the Finance Committee has by this resolution made available for inspection and copying shall be destroyed as authorized by law no less than 18 months after the completion of the meeting for which the verbatim record exists; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Committee shall conduct subsequent review of minutes of the closed session meetings no later than the second meeting in April 2024
