WHEREAS, County Contract 7790-0001 SERV was approved by the DuPage County Board on July 8, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 7790-0001 SERV, issued to Arcos Environmental Services, for the Weatherization Program, for Community Services, for an increase in funding to the Program issued by the DCEO, and increase the contract by $101,206 resulting in an amended contract total of $236,206.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 7790-0001 SERV, issued to Arcos Environmental Services, for the Weatherization Program, for Community Services, for an increase in funding to the Program issued by the DCEO, and increase the contract by $101,206 resulting in an amended contract total of $236,206.
