PERTAINING TO THE REVIEW OF EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee had closed meetings or portions of its meetings (Closed Session Meetings) in compliance with the requirements of the Open Meetings Act on the following dates: April 23, 2020, April 13, 2021, November 8, 2022, February 28, 2023, April 11, 2023, April 22, 2025, May 13, 2025, and June 10, 2025, and August 12, 2025; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee conducted a review of the minutes of the above listed Closed Session Meetings as required by Section 2.06(d) of the Open Meetings Act on October 14, 2025; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee finds that the minutes of the Closed Session Meetings comply with the requirements of Section 2.06(a) of the Open Meetings Act; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee finds that the minutes of the Closed Session Meeting on April 23, 2020, April 22, 2025, and June 10, 2025, no longer require confidential treatment and should be made available for public purposes, and these minutes of the Closed Session Meetings can be released; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee finds that the need for confidentiality exists for the following minutes: April 13, 2021, November 8, 2022, February 28, 2023, April 11, 2023, May 13, 2025, and August 12, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Finance Committee finds the need for confidentiality still exists as to the Closed Session Meetings of April 13, 2021, November 8, 2022, February 28, 2023, April 11, 2023, May 13, 2025, and August 12, 2025; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the need for confidentiality no longer exists as to the Closed Session Meeting on April 23, 2020, April 22, 2025, and June 10, 2025, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the verbatim record of each of the Closed Session Meetings for which the Finance Committee has by this resolution made available for inspection and copying shall be destroyed as authorized by law no less than 18 months after the completion of the meeting for which the verbatim record exists; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Committee shall conduct a subsequent review of minutes of the Closed Session Meetings no later than April 14, 2026.
