AWARDING RESOLUTION TO THE HEALTHY DISPATCHER LLC PO 926045 FOR
THREE (3) DAYS OF TRAINING FOR TELECOMMUNICATORS AT THE ADDISON CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER (ACDC) AND DU-COMM PSAPS
(TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED: $18,000.00)

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Emergency Telephone System Board (“DU PAGE ETSB”) is an emergency telephone system board, established pursuant to Section 15.4 of the Local Government Emergency Telephone System Act, 50 ILCS 750/15.4 (“Act”); and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized and empowered, pursuant to Section 15.4 (b) of the Act to plan, implement, upgrade, and maintain an Emergency 9-1-1 System for citizens of the County of DuPage and portions of Cook, Kane and Will counties; and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized by law and local ordinance to make disbursements from the 9-1-1 surcharge funds it receives pursuant to law for costs related to products and services necessary for the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of the emergency telephone system; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with the DU PAGE ETSB by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the 9-1-1 System Manager recommends DU PAGE ETS Board approval of Purchase Order 926045 to The Healthy Dispatcher LLC for three (3) days of training for telecommunicators at the Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center (ACDC) and DU-COMM PSAPs. This purchase includes travel expenses for the speakers. The total amount of the request is not to exceed $18,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that DU PAGE ETSB Requisition 926045, dated August 19, 2026, covering said training for telecommunicators be, and it is hereby approved by the DU PAGE ETSB to The Healthy Dispatcher LLC, 8751 Rayford Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90045, for an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
