AWARDING RESOLUTION TO MIDWEST OFFICE INTERIORS INC. PO 926002 FOR OFFICE FURNITURE TO SUPPORT FY26 APPROVED HEADCOUNT AND NEWLY FILLED POSITIONS PER THE OMNIA CONTRACT CODE R240102

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Emergency Telephone System Board (“DU PAGE ETSB”) is an emergency telephone system board, established pursuant to Section 15.4 of the Local Government Emergency Telephone System Act, 50 ILCS 750/15.4 (“Act”); and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized and empowered, pursuant to Section 15.4 (b) of the Act to plan, implement, upgrade, and maintain an Emergency 9-1-1 System for citizens of the County of DuPage and portions of Cook, Kane and Will counties; and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized by law and local ordinance to make disbursements from the 9-1-1 surcharge funds it receives pursuant to law for costs related to products and services necessary for the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of the emergency telephone system; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with the DU PAGE ETSB by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the 9-1-1 System Manager recommends DuPage ETS Board approval of Procurement Purchase Order Requisition 926002 to Midwest Office Interiors Inc. for office furniture for ETSB offices to support FY26 approved headcount and newly filled positions, per the OMNIA Contract Code R240102. The total amount not to exceed is $16,048.16.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that DU PAGE ETSB Requisition 926002, dated January 23, 2026, covering said, furniture for ETSB offices, be, and is hereby approved by the DU PAGE ETSB to Midwest Office Interiors Inc., 10330 Argonne Woods Dr, Ste. 600, Woodridge, IL 60517, for a total amount not to exceed $16,048.16.
