FOR THE ANNUAL GOVDELIVERY SOFTWARE PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION
AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND HOSTING OF THE LEGISTAR LEGISLATIVE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND STREAMING SERVICES

FOR  INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $104,554.15)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for the annual GovDelivery software platform subscription and software support and hosting of the Legistar legislative management software and streaming services; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the OMNIA Partners Agreement #159768, the County of DuPage will contract with Granicus LLC; and

WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Granicus LLC, for the annual GovDelivery software platform subscription and software support and hosting of the Legistar legislative management software and streaming services, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for Information Technology.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said  for the annual GovDelivery software platform subscription and software support and hosting of the Legistar legislative management software and streaming services, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for Information Technology, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Granicus LLC, 408 St. Peter Street, Suite 600, St. Paul, MN 55102, for a contract total amount not to exceed $104,554.15, per contract pursuant to the OMNIA Partners Agreement #159768.
