AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO
FERGUSON ENTERPRISES, LLC D/B/A FERGUSON WATERWORKS
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER STORM SEWER MATERIALS
AS NEEDED FOR MILTON TOWNSHIP SECTION NO. 26-050000-00-GM
BY AND THROUGH THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $43,620.42)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage is authorized and empowered to construct, repair, improve and maintain County and/or township roads, bridges, and appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the County of DuPage has published a contract proposal for the 2026 Milton Township Storm Sewer Materials, Section 26-050000-00-GM, setting forth the terms, conditions, and specifications (a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference); and
WHEREAS, the budget for the 2026 fiscal year provides for the construction and maintenance of roads, bridges, and appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received in compliance with the contract proposal:

Ferguson Enterprises LLC $43,620.42; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the County of DuPage to award a contract to Ferguson Enterprises LLC for their submission of the lowest responsible bid in the amount of $43,620.42; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a contract in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in said purchase order be, and is hereby awarded to Ferguson Enterprises LLC, 751 Lakefront Commons, Newport News, VA 23606; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the DuPage County Chair is hereby authorized and directed sign on behalf of the COUNTY, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized to attest the aforesaid purchase order with Ferguson Enterprises LLC.
