WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Emphasys Computer Solutions, for annual maintenance and support, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for Information Technology
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for annual maintenance and support, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027 for Information Technology, exempt from bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 ‘Competitive Bids’ (D) IT / Telecom Purchases under $35,000.00, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Emphasys Computer Solutions, 1200 SW 145th Avenue, Suite 301, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027, for a contract total amount of $30,924.90.
