RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF INVENTORY FROM THE

COUNTY OF DUPAGE ON BEHALF OF THE DUPAGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

TO THE VILLAGE OF VILLA PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT

resolution 

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Board previously designated 7 legacy APX4000 portable radios on Attachment A of this resolution as surplus in resolution FI-R-0015-26; and

WHEREAS, the Sheriff’s Office recommends County Board approval for the sale of 7 legacy APX4000 portable radios listed on Attachment A of this resolution to the Village of Villa Park Police Department; and

WHEREAS, after consultation with the Procurement Officer and Finance Director, DuPage County finds and determines that the surplus items are no longer necessary and cannot be utilized by another office or department of County government.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED, that DuPage County Board approves the sale of 7 legacy APX4000 portable radios listed on Attachment A of this resolution to the Village of Villa Park Police Department.
