ISSUED TO THE STONE GROUP, INC.

FOR GREASE TRAP AND SEWAGE EJECTOR PIT CLEANING SERVICES,

AS NEEDED FOR THE COUNTY CAMPUS

FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED: $80,000.00)

                     WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to The Stone Group, Inc., for grease trap and sewage ejector pit cleaning services, as needed, for the period September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, for Facilities Management.                     

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, for grease trap and sewage ejector pit cleaning services, as needed, for the period of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, The Stone Group, Inc., 900 S. Campbell Ave.,  Chicago, IL 60612, for a total contract amount not to exceed $80,000.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-057-FM.
