COOK’S DIRECT, INCORPORATED DBA COOK’S CORRECTIONAL
TO PROVIDE VARIOUS KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER DINING SERVICES
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $107,340.46)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for various kitchen equipment; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Sourcewell, the County of DuPage will contract with Cook’s Direct, Inc., dba Cook’s Correctional; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to with Cook’s Direct, Inc., dba Cook’s Correctional, TO provide various kitchen equipment, for the period of September 23, 2026 through November 30, 2026, for the DuPage Care Center Dining Services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said for various kitchen equipment, for the period of September 23, 2026 through November 30, 2026, for the DuPage Care Center Dining Services, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Cook’s Direct, Inc., dba Cook’s Correctional, 27725 Diehl Road, Warrenville, Illinois 60555, for a contract total amount not to exceed $107,340.46, per contract pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement #040726-COK.
