EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM BOARD OF DU PAGE COUNTY
2027 MEETING SCHEDULE
resolution
WHEREAS, the DuPage County Emergency Telephone System Board (“DU PAGE ETSB”) is an emergency telephone system board, established pursuant to Section 15.4 of the Local Government Emergency Telephone System Act, 50 ILCS 750/15.4 (“Act”); and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized and empowered, pursuant to Section 15.4 (b) of the Act to plan, implement, upgrade, and maintain an Emergency 9-1-1 System for citizens of the County of DuPage and portions of Cook, Kane and Will counties; and
WHEREAS, 5 ILCS 120/2.02 provides that: 2.02 Public notice of all meetings, whether open or closed to the public, shall be given as follows: (a) Every body subject to the Act shall give public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year and shall state the regular dates, times, and places of such meetings; and
WHEREAS, Section 4(c)(vii)(2) of DuPage County Code section 20-40 provides that the ETSB shall determine and provide public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year, stating the regular dates, times, and places of such meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Emergency Telephone System Board of DuPage County deems it advisable to establish a listing of the meetings of the DU PAGE ETSB to be held from January 2027 through December 2027, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DU PAGE ETSB that this resolution establishing the attached schedule of the Emergency Telephone System Board of DuPage County 2027 meetings be, and is hereby approved and adopted; and
