FOR THE PURCHASE OF PHILLIPS HEARTSTART AEDS
FOR SHERIFF’S OFFICE
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $87,606.65)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to VidlSourcing LLC for the purchase of Phillips Heartstart AEDs for the period of July 14, 2026, through July 13, 2027, for Sheriff’s Office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for the purchase of Phillips Heartstart AEDs for the period of July 14, 2026, through July 13, 2027, for Sheriff’s Office be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to VidlSourcing LLC, 1220 Rosescrans St., San Diego, CA 92106, for a contract total amount not to exceed $87,606.65, per lowest responsible bid #26-060-SHF.
