APPOINTMENT OF KATHLEEN MCNAMARA

TO THE DUPAGE HOUSING AUTHORITYresolution

 

 

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Kathleen McNamara to fill a vacancy as a Commissioner of the DuPage Housing Authority; and

 

WHEREAS, such appointment requires the approval of the County Board under 310 ILCS 10/3, as amended.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby approve the appointment of Kathleen McNamara to fill a vacancy as a Commissioner of the DuPage Housing Authority for a term to commence on April 1st, 2025 and expire on December 31st, 2027; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereto and made a part of this resolution; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk file the Certificate of Appointment in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds and transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Kathleen McNamara, Cheron Corbett, DuPage Housing Authority, 711 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187; and Eric P. Hanson, Mahoney, Silverman and Cross, LLC, 822 Infantry Drive, Joliet, IL 60435.
