SHI INTERNATIONAL CORP
FOR SPYCLOUD SOFTWARE
FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $46,054.20)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for SpyCloud software; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Sourcewell Contract #121923-SHI, the County of DuPage will contract with SHI International Corp; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to SHI International Corp, for SpyCloud software, for the period of August 12, 2026 through August 11, 2027, for Information Technology.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said, for SpyCloud software, for the period of August 12, 2026 through August 11, 2027, for Information Technology, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to SHI International Corp, 290 Davidson Ave, Somerset, NJ 08873, for a contract total amount not to exceed $46,054.20, per contract pursuant to the Sourcewell Contract #121923-SHI.
