ISSUED TO ATLAS BOBCAT, LLC
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER A TOOLCAT
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT - GROUNDS DIVISION
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $48,196.11)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Sourcewell, the County of DuPage will contract with Atlas Bobcat, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Atlas Bobcat, LLC, to furnish and deliver a Toolcat, for Facilities Management - Grounds Division, for the period September 8, 2026 through November 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver a Toolcat, for Facilities Management - Grounds Division, for the period of September 8, 2026 through November 30, 2026, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Atlas Bobcat, LLC, 1160 McCabe Ave., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, for a total contract amount not to exceed $48,196.11. Contract let pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act - Sourcewell cooperative contract #020223-CEC.
