TO PROVIDE VETERINARY PHARMACEUTICALS AND MEDICATIONS
FOR ANIMAL SERVICES

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Animal Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Zoetis US, LLC, to provide veterinary pharmaceuticals and medications, for the period of September 23, 2026 through September 22, 2027, for Animal Services
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide veterinary pharmaceuticals and medications, for the period of September 23, 2026 through September 22, 2027 for Animal Services per 26-056-ANS, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Zoetis US, LLC, 10 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054, for a contract total amount of $34,000.
