ISSUED TO COVETRUS NORTH AMERICA, LLC
TO PROVIDE VETERINARY PHARMACEUTICALS AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES
FOR ANIMAL SERVICES
(INCREASE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,500.00)

WHEREAS, County Contract 7878-0001 SERV was approved by the Animal Services Committee on August 19, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Animal Services Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 7878-0001 SERV, issued to Covetrus North America, LLC, to provide veterinary pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, for Animal Services, to allow for the purchase of veterinary medical supplies, vaccines and pharmaceuticals and increase the contract by $11,500.00 resulting in an amended contract total of $88,400.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 7878-0001 SERV, issued to Covetrus North America, LLC, to provide veterinary pharmaceuticals and medical supplies for Animal Services, to allow for the purchase of veterinary medical supplies, vaccines and pharmaceuticals and increase the contract by $11,500.00 resulting in an amended contract total of $88,400.00.
