FOR THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF EDUCATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $30,294.42)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Diplex Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Global Point, for Cisco Meraki network infrastructure equipment, for the period of September 8, 2026 through November 30, 2031, for the Regional Office of Education.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract for Cisco Meraki network infrastructure equipment, for the period of September 8, 2026 through November 30, 2031 for the Regional Office of Education, per bid #26-076-ROE, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Diplex Technologies, Inc d/b/a Global Point, 1100 Jorie Blvd, Oak Brook, IL 60523, for a contract total amount of $30,294.42.
