                     WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

                     WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Central Poly-Bag Corp., to furnish and deliver plastic trash and recycling can liners, as needed for County facilities, for the period of August 11, 2026 through August 10, 2027, for Facilities Management.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver plastic trash and recycling can liners, as needed for County facilities, for the period of August 11, 2026 through August 10, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Central Poly-Bag Corp., 2400 Bedle Place, Linden, NJ 07036 , for a contract total amount not to exceed  $35,000.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-051-FM.
