INTERGOVERNMENTAL GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE
AND THE VILLAGE OF GLENDALE HEIGHTS
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE SHOP WITH A COP & CHRISTMAS SHARING PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Village of Glendale Heights (“Village”) wishes to provide meals to its residents through the Shop with a Cop & Christmas Sharing program, administered by the Giving Glendale Heights Charity; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $10,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Village for costs associated with the services being administered by the Giving Glendale Heights Charity; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared an Intergovernmental Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Village to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Village; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village.
