ISSUED TO RED WING BRANDS OF AMERICA INC.
FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAFETY SHOES/BOOTS
FOR QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $46,100.00)
WHEREAS, request for proposal have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board Approval for the issuance of a County Contract for the purchase of safety shoes/boots for qualified employees, for the period March 10, 2026 through March 9, 2027, for Facilities Management, Public Works, Stormwater, Care Center, and the Division of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, for the purchase of safety shoes/boots for qualified employees, for the period March 10, 2026 through March 9, 2027, for Facilities Management for $13,100.00, for Public Works $10,000.00, for Stormwater $4,500.00, for Care Center $3,500.00, and for Division of Transportation $15,000, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a County Contract by the Procurement Division to, Red Wing Brands of America Inc., 314 Main Street, Red Wing, MN 55066, for a contract total amount not to exceed $46,100.00, per most qualified offer, by regional retailer, per proposal #26-005-FM.
