WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Development Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to SAFEBuilt Illinois LLC, to provide professional services performing building and plumbing plan reviews and building inspections on an as-needed basis, for residential and commercial buildings in unincorporated DuPage County for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for Building and Zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide professional services performing building and plumbing plan reviews, and building inspections on an as-needed basis, for residential and commercial buildings in unincorporated DuPage County, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027 for Building & Zoning per RFP #24-006- BZP, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to SAFEBuilt Illinois LLC, 3755 Precision Drive, Suite 140, Loveland, CO 80538, for a contract total amount of $75,000.00.
