CORRECTION OF A SCRIVENER’S ERROR
IN RESOLUTION FI-R-0120-25

                     WHEREAS, the HUD 2024 Continuum of Care Planning Grant PY26, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 1510, was approved and adopted pursuant to Resolution FI-R-0120-25 on August 12, 2025; and

 

                          WHEREAS, a scrivener’s error occurred which rounded individual account lines but in which the rounded lines were not summed to equal the total additional appropriation on the resolution; and

 

WHEREAS, the additional appropriation should be revised as on the attached sheet (ATTACHMENT I) to the total amount of $328,070 (THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SEVENTY AND NO/DOLLARS), revising account 51010 down to $11,000 (ELEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/DOLLARS) from $11,001 (ELEVEN THOUSAND ONE AND NO/100) to HUD 2024 Continuum of Care Planning Grant PY26, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 1510.

 

                          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the HUD 2024 Continuum of Care Planning Grant PY26, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 1510, referenced in Resolution FI-R-0120-25, be changed to reflect the revised appropriation.
