AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO RUSSO HARDWARE, INC. DBA RUSSO POWER EQUIPMENT
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER A BOSS SNOWRATOR
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT - GROUNDS DIVISION
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $30,615.06)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Sourcewell, the County of DuPage will contract with Russo Hardware, Inc. dba Russo Power Equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Russo Hardware, Inc. dba Russo Power Equipment, to furnish and deliver a BOSS Snowrator, for Facilities Management - Grounds Division, for the period September 8, 2026 through November 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver a BOSS Snowrator, for Facilities Management - Grounds Division, for the period of September 8, 2026 through November 30, 2026, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Russo Hardware, Inc. dba Russo Power Equipment, 9525 W Irving Park Road, Schiller Park, IL 60176, for a total contract amount not to exceed $30,615.06. Contract let pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act - Sourcewell cooperative contract #112624-TTC.
