CORRECTION OF A SCRIVENER’S ERROR

IN RESOLUTION FI-R-0447-22

WHEREAS, authorization to transfer $6,620,406 to the COUNTY INFRASTRUCTURE FUND for Fiscal Year 2023, pursuant to Resolution FI-R-0447-22 was approved on November 22, 2022; and

WHEREAS, said Resolution should have stated in order to maintain various infrastructure projects in the County Infrastructure Fund in Fiscal Year 2023, the County of DuPage finds it necessary to transfer an amount up to, but not to exceed, $6,620,406 (SIX MILLION, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS) from the General Fund (1000) to the County Infrastructure Fund (6000-1220).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that Resolution FI-R-0447-22 be revised to allow a transfer in an amount up to, but not to exceed $6,620,406 (SIX MILLION, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS) in one or more transfers from the General Fund (1000) to the County Infrastructure Fund (6000-1220); and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the said transfers may be made relative to the period of December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023.
