GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND YWCA METROPOLITAN CHICAGO
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE STRONG FAMILIES PARENT MENTOR PROGRAM

WHEREAS, YWCA Metropolitan Chicago (“Agency”) wishes to continue its Strong Families Parent Mentor Program; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $125,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with the Strong Families Parent Mentor Program which provides services and resources to families living in the Hinsdale Lake Terrace area; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
