APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS MCDONNELL

TO THE DUPAGE COUNTY BOARD OF REVIEWresolution

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Thomas McDonnell to be a Member and Chair of the Board of Review; and

WHEREAS, such appointment requires the approval of the County Board under 35 ILCS 200/6-5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby approve the appointment of Thomas McDonnell as a Member and Chair of the Board of Review for a term to commence April 1^st, 2025 and to expire on May 31st, 2027; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that members of the Board of Review shall also be entitled to participation in the County’s IMRF, health and dental insurance programs; and that sick days, vacation days, holidays and floating holidays shall not be part of the compensation for the Board of Review; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the "Notice of Appointment" be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Thomas McDonnell and the Supervisor of Assessments.
