AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO GLOBAL WATER TECHNOLOGY, INC.,
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS, AS NEEDED,
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $51,400.00)

                     WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

                     WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Global Water Technology, Inc., to furnish and deliver water treatment chemicals, as needed, for the period March 23, 2026 through March 22, 2027, for Facilities Management.                     

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver water treatment chemicals, as needed, for the period March 23, 2026 through March 22, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Global Water Technology, Inc., 602 State Street, Calumet City, IL 60409, for a contract total amount not to exceed  $51,400.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-006-FM.
