BITUMINOUS PAVING MATERIALS FOR THE WESTERN REGION
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $51,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Plote Construction, Inc., to furnish and deliver bituminous paving materials for the western region, as needed for the Division of Transportation and Facilities Management, for the period April 12^th, 2023 through March 31^st, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver bituminous paving materials for the western region, as needed for the Division of Transportation ($25,000) and Facilities Management ($26,000), for the period April 12^th, 2023 through March 31^st, 2024, is hereby approved for issuance to Plote Construction, Inc. 1100 Brandt Drive, Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60192, for a contract total not to exceed $51,000.00.
