TO FURNISH AND DELIVER SIGN FACES
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $50,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been designated, and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Osburn Associates, Inc., to furnish and deliver sign faces for the Sign Shop, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period May 27, 2026 through November 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver sign faces, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period May 27, 2026 through November 30, 2026, is hereby approved for issuance to Osburn Associates, Inc., P O Box 912, Logan, Ohio 43138, for a contract total not to exceed $50,000.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-047-DOT.
