FOR LEGAL SERVICES
FOR THE STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
(TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.00)

WHEREAS, certain attorneys from the law firm of Hervas, Condon & Bersani, P.C. have been appointed as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of payments to Hervas, Condon & Bersani, P.C., to provide legal services as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys, for the period of December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said approval of payments for legal services for the State’s Attorney’s Office, for the period December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, be, and is hereby approved for issuance of payments to Hervas, Condon & Bersani, P.C., 333 Pierce Road, Itasca, IL 60143, for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
