AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO
ROCK GATE CAPITAL, LLC DBA 160 DRIVING ACADEMY
TO PROVIDE CDL TRAINING
FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $199,999.80)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for CDL Training in DuPage ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Lake County Cooperative Agreement No. 24383, the County of DuPage will contract with Rock Gate Capital, LLC DBA 160 Driving Academy; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Rock Gate Capital, LLC DBA 160 Driving Academy, FOR CDL Training , for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, for Workforce Development Division.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said for CDL Training, for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, for Workforce Development Division, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Rock Gate Capital, LLC DBA 160 Driving Academy, 5990 West Touhy Ave., Niles, IL, 60714, for a contract total amount not to exceed $199,999.80, per contract pursuant to the Lake County Cooperative Agreement No. 24383.
