INTERGOVERNMENTAL GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND WHEATON PARK DISTRICT
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE 2027 FIELD OF HONOR EVENT

WHEREAS, the Wheaton Park District (“District”) wishes to support the production, infrastructure, programming, and operation of the 2027 Wheaton Field of Honor event being held at Seven Gables Park in Wheaton, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $25,550 in ARPA Interest funds to the District for costs associated with the 2027 Wheaton Field of Honor event; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared an Intergovernmental Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the District to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the District; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the District.
