APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT PURCHASE ORDER TO
THE DU PAGE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
TO PROVIDE A COURT NAVIGATOR FOR COURT PARTICIPANTS
IN THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $48,000)
WHEREAS, an agreement has been made in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to the DuPage County Health Department, to provide a part-time Court Navigator to be housed in the courthouse serving as a point of contact to assist individuals in need of de-escalation and/or crisis intervention, for the period of February 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025, for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide a part-time Court Navigator, for the period of February 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025, for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court per, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to DuPage County Health Department, 111 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187 for a contract total amount of $48,000.
