FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER AND CAFÉS ON COUNTY CAMPUS

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Keurig Dr. Pepper/The American Bottling Company, to provide beverages and fountain drinks, for period of July 30, 2026 through July 29, 2027, for the DuPage Care Center and Cafés on County Campus .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide beverages and fountain drinks, for the period of July 30, 2026 through July 29, 2027, for the DuPage Care Center and Cafés on County Campus, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Keurig Dr. Pepper/The American Bottling Company, 400 North Wolf Road, Suite A, Northlake, Illinois 60164, for a contract total amount not to exceed $30,600.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-029-DCC.
