WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the PRMS Oversight Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Mark43, Inc., for a Police Records Management System, for the period of October 14, 2026 through October 25, 2033, for Information Technology - RMS Division.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for a Police Records Management System, for the period of October 14, 2026 through October 25, 2033, for Information Technology - RMS Division, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Mark43, Inc., 8W40th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10018, for a contract total amount not to exceed $4,486,516.16, per RFP #25-094-IT.
