AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO HEXORDIA
FOR DEVICE DATA EXTRACTION PROCESSING SOFTWARE
FOR THE STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $65,472.27)
WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for digital device data extraction processing software for the State’s Attorney’s Office for the period of August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract device data extraction processing software for the State’s Attorney’s Office for the period of August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Hexordia, Jennifer Torrisi, 9262 Shore Lawn Drive, Bridgeport, NY 13030, for a total contract amount not to exceed $65,472.27, per lowest responsible bid # 26-020-SAO.
