REAPPOINTMENT OF SARAH CZAPLICKI
TO THE WEST BRANCH OF THE WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her reappointment of Sarah Czaplicki as a Trustee of the West Branch of the Water Reclamation District; and
WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 2405/3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the reappointment of Sarah Czaplicki as a Trustee of the West Branch of the Water Reclamation District for a term expiring April 30, 2029; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Reappointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Sarah Czaplicki; Matt Larson, Executive Director, 1S649 Shaffner Road, P.O. Box 626, Wheaton, IL 60189.
