ISSUED TO WHEATON SANITARY DISTRICT
FOR SANITARY SEWER UTILITY SERVICES
FOR THE COUNTY CAMPUS
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $1,821,000)
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Wheaton Sanitary District, for sanitary sewer utility services, for the County campus, for the four-year period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2029, for Facilities Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, for sanitary sewer utility services, for the County campus, for the four-year period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2029, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Wheaton Sanitary District, 1S649 Shaffner Road, Wheaton, IL 60187, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,821,000. ...
