NATIONAL AUTO FLEET GROUP
FOR A 2025 FORD TRANSIT CARGO VAN
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for a 2025 Ford Transit Cargo Van; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #091521-NAF, the County of DuPage will contract with National Auto Fleet Group; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to National Auto Fleet Group, FOR a 2025 Ford Transit Cargo Van, for the period of February 25, 2025 through November 8, 2025, for Facilities Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said for a 2025 Ford Transit Cargo Van, for the period of February 25, 2025 through November 8, 2025, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to National Auto Fleet Group, 490 Auto Center Drive, Watsonville, California 95076, for a contract total amount not to exceed $60,453.28, per contract pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #091521-NAF.
